I played it back in August and took the advice of Ranked1_of_1 to use a Pen and Paper. I know it's what I we used to do back in the C64 days but definitely give it a go.

Thank you for the suggestions! I've done a clean install this weekend and so far, I've not had any issues. I also checked the settings on my CPU overclock as I was getting blue screens after running the Heaven benchmark which weren't there when I tested it at the stock speeds.
