    A great weekend running. Yesterday a PB at my local Swindon parkrun of 21:11 and then today ran the Swindon Half Marathon in a time of 1:36:40 which is just over 10 minutes quicker than I did last year. Very happy ☺️

    Great day today in London at the Vitality 10,000 Recorded my fastest 10K 46:14 I have just recently started weekly track sessions to help increase my pace after concentrating on marathons over the winter/spring. It seems to be helping.

    Felt surprisingly good, no injury or niggles and have also lost a few lbs in weight since training for Manchester so was probably as good a time as any to do another Marathon. Wasn’t expecting to do quite so well but yeah very happy.

    No not missed too many about 12 or so. Went to Chippenham Saturday for parkrun number 122. Have to say I really do enjoy it and met so many new friends doing it.

    Went and did parkrun in Chipping Sodbury today. My local is Swindon parkrun. Have done 121 parkruns now. Started in April 2014 with a time of 31:34s and have got that down to a best of 24:14s.
