I've got an incredibly frustrating permissions issue with sab I could use some help with. I've just got XPE installed and got sab installed. Tried a test download and it was fine, extracted & moved to completed. Then I added a category 'tvshows' and tested again, now it says 'Cannot create...

Also, is the drive you install XPE on usable in the raid or is it dedicated to the OS?

Afternoon all, Just getting things setup to install XPEnology and was wondering if during the install its best to have all drives, bar 1, removed then add them after - or if its ok to have them all installed already?

I've recently moved house temporarily and most of my stuff is in storage half the country away, including my monitor. I need to grab some data of my pc I have with me, but I only have a VGA capable monitor here. Pc is currently set to output through the GPU which doesnt have a VGA out (280x)...

As far as I know they are all original. They were all bought at an auction in the 50s and sat in a barns every since.

I posted a couple of pics in the Daily Encounters thread got a bit of attention. So I asked around and got sent a few more from when the cars were last moved, from one barn to another. Anyone able to identify any?

That'll be the one then. I'll see if I can get some more pics for you. I know it was being moved from one barn to another last winter, think someone had a camera on them. The chassis is a Model T.

I know of an old French car on a farm, completely unrestored, id say 20/30s. Thing thats special about is its made out of aluminium so the sheet metal etc is in perfect condition. You know what it could be?

What are some alternatives to FreeNAS for a micro. Fallen out with FreeNAS recently and looking for a change. Needs to be able to run plex, sab, couch & sick beard. Is windows server in with a shout?

Did they wrap the steering wheel with electrical tape then take a stanley to it?

Currently sat easily with [email protected]. Will push it a bit further, in a sff case/low pro cooler and I feel that will be the limiting factor.

I know its a massive departure from XBMC based NUC, but you could have a plex server, a chromecast on your tv and tablet running the plex app. Not sure how much you use local storage vs xbmc apps.

I had the dreadful realisation then that I have a Christening to go to next weekend....then I remembered that its in Aus!!! Wooooo!! Cant wait.

What are peoples thoughts on Plex vs MB3? Thinking of having one of them handle all of the backend for XBMC.
