World first QD-OLED monitor from Dell and Samsung (34 inch Ultrawide 175hz)

Has anyone had any issues with flickering? There is a guy on reddit who's making quite a few videos showing it when viewed through a camera. https://www.reddit.com/r/ultrawidemasterrace/comments/vfhyd7/dc_dimming_hdr_vs_aw3423dw_flicker_hdr/...

World first QD-OLED monitor from Dell and Samsung (34 inch Ultrawide 175hz)

My PG35VQ has the Gsync ultimate module in it and the fan turns off after 30-40 seconds. The AOC version with the same module turns off after 15-20 minutes. I assume the fan does eventually turn off on these? I'm currently in the queue for one, ETA is next week but I'm expecting it to be...

Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

It seems that way, not daft question, you'd think the VIN would match either way though ! I'll just wait to see if anything pops through the post. As long as we all keep an eye on potential wear to the hoses we should be good either way! Would be easier to not have it for those of us...

Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

Yeah, it's been outstanding for a while now. They're waiting for parts availability before they roll it out to the Fiestas apparently. Some people with the Focus and Kuga have had theirs done. With it saying "as of 20th May" it'll start rolling out soon. There was are some coolant lines...

They can freeze in winter and get stuck :), but I'm sure you can turn them off if that was a problem. What was the issue with the inlet manifold? Something done when you had it walnut blasted? It's something I've been thinking about on these with them being direct injection. Probably not...

Yeah I've got them on at the minute. The CSC5 were a great tyre, they just wear down really quickly, although I did have the MR230/MR265 fitted for most of their lifespan, I think I got around 8-9k out of the front ones. The PremiumContact 6s as you say are merging the ContactSport5 grip with...

Some of the stuff is expensive, the exhaust and springs aren't overpriced, and it keeps the warranty which is what he's after.

Not exciting in the slightest, but I'd be looking at security. Disklok (you'll need the small size) and an OBD port relocate as a minimum. You can then think of additional security, Autowatch Ghost is quite popular, but I'm still looking at options myself. There are other parts on the Mountune...

Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

I was initially happy with it, but due to problems couldn't see any way forward but to remove it. Won't go into detail on forums, but drop me a PM on FSTOC if you're interested. The Collins guys are great, close to me as well if I have any issues. The CP4X upgrade is crazy. Very very quick, I...

Can't fault Collins. I was there myself for a bit of work, MR265 unfortunately removed, now running the CP4X upgrade, 307bhp.

Used to always fill mine up on Momentum99. Now it's mainly Vpower, purely because I've got a Shell on my usual route now, either is good though. Early next year for the MK8 is the word at the moment.

Well, there was a long delay with getting my handset authorised by Cobb for the MR265 calibration, this didn't look as though it was going to happen tomorrow, thankfully it came in with 15 mins to spare after a few weeks of waiting. Phew. Dropping it off tomorrow morning with a service being...

None of the 215 kits were fitted from the factory, it's all done at dealer level once the car is built and delivered, so getting it fitted at a dealer now will keep your warranty intact no problems. :)

Made it sound worse than it is really. The ST is quite tail happy anyway if you want it to be, but the back end going light around a corner can unnerve people and the last thing you want to do is jump off the throttle. In other news, Mountune have asked for my mTune handset details etc, so...

Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

Yeah, for example if you were to accelerate quickly out of a junction turning left, depending on grip levels, it can try to keep going left and pull you into the kerb if you're not paying attention. The main one I was warned of is snap over-steer if you lift off the throttle mid corner as the...

Good choice on getting the diff, makes such a difference, even in the day to day. Not sure if you've driven a car with an LSD before, I was given some advice by the guys at Collins to take it a bit easy until you learn how it changes the car. Glad you're all sorted. Don't hear of...

No LSD in the ST200, is has a shorter final drive, so slightly quicker acceleration.
