where's the pirate gone?! i liked him probably never see him again. the more i think about it, each season previous has been an A/A* this is a C
one episode left all just gone too quickly now this season has been a bit dissapointing though that is partly due to how high a bar it set itself. i'd...
also the 'shame' nun - assume dead
the martell prisoners - assume dead
those two alone should have had more screen time to play out cersei's evil side when it comes to revenge
gendry MIA
as visually brilliant this season has been at times, it has definitely been a case of style over substance...
i'm going to watch it again shortly but the more i think about it, compared to other epic fights, it has not quite met expectation and (not for the first time) this series isn't making as high a grade as the others
felt very 'walking dead' at times when got has always been 2 leagues above. some...
the more i think about it the more i feel this season could be a huge let down. it already feels too relaxed for what's about to happen and not as atmospheric as others.
say the walkers wipe out the gold company, they then become 2000 stronger so then what? also, they have to go back to...
i disagree. i don't like the 'feel' to this season at all so far
it would be utterly epic if the knight kings army wiped the lot out and it ended with a pan out of them victorious with some dark strings playing
yep echoes of s1e1 but i did feel like the actors had taken their foot off the pedal a tad and at times wanted to be celebrities as oppossed to actors on screen. tyrion and varys' first exchange felt like something they may have said to one another as a joke at a themed award ceremony
i get what they're doing but it did feel not as crisp as others the dragon ride was cheese as was the knight kings 'message' some of the acting wasn't as sharp either
hmmm didn't feel as well directed as others and just felt i dunno a bit 'different' bit cheesey in places too. lol'ed at the part with bron and the maester about the pox
just over a week to go.
been watching random episodes from all series. a couple of things i picked up on that i missed first time round (or forgot)
arya's list of people she wants to kill was bought about when the bloke who was taking her to the wall tells the story of how he sleeps at night...
in know i've bashed this show for a while now but i cant see how even the most die hard fan can have the enjoyment they once did. think back to when it was decent and it seems like a different show now. the walkers aren't even arsed to act properly anymore
knight king rip off? check
chessey fight scene? check
blizzard that goes in 48 hours? check
garbled radio message? check
list of other clichés could be longer but i can't be arsed
2/10 for this season
