What is the best Apple product you have owned?

Mac Mini 2012. Put in a SSD, upgraded the RAM to 16GB and it still runs great today it’s on pretty much 24/7 and has been for years. Pretty silent too. One of the best purchases I made.

    EE TV (formally BT TV)

Will this require BT/EE broadband? I'm with Sky Stream which is fine with Aquiss broadband but more competition like this would be good just hope it isn't locked to being on a specific ISP.

What is your iPhone battery health (and how old)?

I think so too. I think there was probably a batch of bad batteries used on some iPhones on the 14 pro last year. Can’t prove it or anything but just my opinion. Mine is currently at 87% after a year. Never had a phone drain so quick either.

I’ve never experienced any buffering issues either. I’m using a LAN cable if that helps.

*** Sky TV Cancellation & Negotiation Thread ***

Stream has been good for me had it during soft launch so can see its improved along the way. £18 is about the maximum I’d pay that includes Netflix.. also a 30 day rolling contract I have no interest in 18 month contracts.

Sky Stream - Launches *NOW* (post #1 for pricing / page #5 for pics)

So a couple of weeks in using this and I’ve had no issues at all and don’t miss Q. I actually find it better than Q as for example when I use the playlist and when I go back to watch shows via catch-up which I’ve added to the playlist it uses the native ITV, 4 app etc I’ve got pihole setup and...

Sky Stream - Launches *NOW* (post #1 for pricing / page #5 for pics)

One thing I forgot to mention was I was apparently one day late for the sky cinema offer when I rang to sign up to sky stream (£8 instead of £11) I’m hoping this comes back just in time for Christmas. At the moment it’s showing kids package free for 2 months, apparently they change often so...

I’ve just got this today, easy to setup. Initially iplayer wasn’t working but I just changed it to beta in the settings and it works. Actually really impressive.

Interesting, any ideas on what these deals are? Currently on ultrafast plus but my Sky Q package ends tomorrow so am taking a good look at this. Much prefer the flexibility of 31 day contract too.

I would ditch it if wasn’t for the football, still the best option for that.

    EE sim only deals?

I have the same on my EE account but it’s showing as £10.92 a month for unlimited data pass which makes me think it’s additional as opposed to total considering I pay £15 at the moment for £15 for 38GB.

    BT Infinity & FTTx Discussion

Finally have full fibre in my area, might switch to Sky gigafast (think this is new?) as they seem cheaper than BT who I’m with at the moment. Although EE also offer this cheaper I think and I’m existing customer with them. Decisions decisions.
