I have found on a Very popular auction site SandyBridge 2600ks for £319.00. If thats not the uk price its a good base.

I have had some ok results but you need the volts and in turn the cooling. Your prob looking @ 4ghz 4.2 max tbh.

You will need at least 1.425Volts to get an 860 stable @ 4.4 Plus some VERY good Cooling Chilled water or Phase. 1.2 V @ 4ghz thats the best i have seen with an 860. Mine needs about 1.32V if not more. Run THIS and post your results,Only takes 1 hour.
