That does explain it. Same as the bug one earlier in the week the actual in game logic looks off because liberating one planet should open up the path but yeah that does make sense.

There's definitely some rubbing banding on pawns. I may have gotten a griffin assisted lift across half the map and shortly before a death screen I could see my pawns beacons moving to keep up.

Honestly right now I'd vote keep. Not out of any love for the idea of a monarchy, but I don't trust our current government not firesale every crown estate property to their mates for a fraction of their worth 12 seconds after the polls closed.

It's going to be a problem if they feel every series has to end with a big team up. There's a reason the comic what if series did a very occasional sequel story but otherwise each was standalone.

They are worth it in the long term, if only for mods requiring them. But if your playtime is limited, definitely nothing wrong with vanilla, hell I'd imagine a good chunk of us in this thread started during early access, so can safely say vanilla is a complete experience, but the DLCs do add more.
