I bought Football Manager 2015 Thursday night, played it for an hour, hated it so requested a refund, which came through Saturday afternoon. So its likely the refund wont go through until the price is back up to normal
Steam is not a retailer though, its a platform. GMG buys games from publishers and then sells to customers, with steam the publisher lists the game and gets paid after the customer has bought it.

Never tried recording with a digital voice recorder, but do have something on my desk that monitors for spirit conversations. When it picks up ghostly voices an alarm goes off and I can pick up a receiver to hear what they say. Mostly its voices saying "hello....hello...anybody there"

You get these from the fleet battles. Trade routes which are not safe also have a secure route option, select that and when you win you get the items you need for the trade missions

They wont show up in installed content, thats stuff you get from the marketplace.
