I'm currectly tinkering around with my i5 4690K at 4.5Ghz core on a static voltage of 1.24v on the vcore, 1.15V on the ring and at 3.9Ghz cache/northbridge and 1.8v on the vrin. trying to tinker around some more to get a nice ideal speed to voltage ratio.

Naaah you can do an official update via Kies without it, but say if your power went during the middle of an update, or something got corrupted, if your recovery/download mode is disabled then you wont be able to save the phone and will have to send it in for repair which might cost depending on...
