I have been working out with kettkebells for just under 1 year. I am using 2, 18 kg bells. Using 2 bells really smokes the body. Currently enjoying doing clean, squat and press x 10.
How are you guys going with your Kettlebells.
I am now up to 24kg on the TGU, 20kg on the Windmills.
I am Currently mixing the Kettlebell exercises with more traditional ones. Seeing great improvements in my size and strength.
How are the AMD chips getting on with crunching these bigadv's. Or is it only the i7 chips that can do them.
Oh....any ideas on when the new Nvidia cards can start crunching.
Quick question
I am slowly developing my components but have noticed my car stability is getting lower. Is this due to the weight loss or because I am developing some components more that others.
I have been using a 12kg kb for the last couple of weeks. An awesome bit of kit. I am just about ready to move up to a 14kg. The Turkish Get Up is the hardest move of all, It took me quite a few attempts to master it and I am sure there is still more room for improvement.
