Ok Now the temps are idle at 40-45 now and i havent touched a thing, Would i still RMA it, something must have been stuck before? How would i RMA it if its ok now?

Ive used Coretemp and Realtemp both are within 1-2 degrees of each other

Pretty sure its pumping the pipes are vibrating when i touch them aswell :(

Recently found out my idle temps with my i7-860 @ stock settings is running at 70c when previously it was around the 40-45 Mark, what could be causing this? Ive tried resetting the h50 and applying some new thermal paste still idle at 70c, I believe the pump is working i can feel it is vibrating...
