Ok, I am considering buying one of these. But I am concerned about it having a VGA port, although I do have a VGA monitor. Should I be a bit confused when most GPU's of this day and age don't come with VGA converters?

Fermi is good. Does anyone know an estimated release for public use date? Because I can't see that being for some time which is why I don't think it will have such a dramatic effect on prices.

Confused, thinking about getting a new processor for my other p.c. I have a Q6660 in this one, but is a Hyper Threaded higher frequency Dual Core going to out perform a Q6660 in most games?

Quad to futureproof. Dual core will perform little under a quad right now, for most games. But more 4 core games are hitting the market and the extra 2 cores will come in handy if the game requires them. Quad for futureproofing value.

Get Riva Tuner? I found it to be more stable.

BFBC2 and AV2 both run in Dx11 I think Technics :P

That's another problem, is it worth the extra wedge? And being a nerd I checked out its power usage. And the 5770 uses less energy.
