yep, the more i read about it the more i think the real alternative is to replace the stock fans... will prolly go for Noctuas ones... thanks anyway guys

Is there any way to know if they are set to the max rpm by default ? can I regulate the speed through a software or can I access anything on the mobo for that before considering changing the fans ?
