Is there a way to know if the system is full of water or not?

Well I just removed the cpu block, cleaned the old tp off and reapplied using the line down the middle. Refitted the block and ran fft again. 1hr in and my temps are already lower. Not gone above 49degs on any core. Admittedly it is a little cooler here today but still an improvement I would...

It has been a hot few days so I would say the ambient in my 'man den' at the bottom of the garden is around the high 20's

I've just used the Gigabyte Autotune to get the chip running at 4.2Ghz with a VID of 1.3811v. Ive been running FFT for the last three hours and I am maxing 64, 64, 66 and 62 degrees respectively across the four cores. ??? Still seems a little high. I presume these temps would be expected...

This build has just taken a turn for the worse. Just starting to put some components together and realised that the cable management is going to be very difficult as there does not seem to be much room between the mb tray and the back cover. Any ideas? Just looking to see how hard it would be...

I used an Instant Grab high strength adhesive and then P38 filler to tidy it up a little.

Going to try and sort out the front cover today (if I get time inbetween decorating :mad:). Plan of action is to move the power/reset buttons and hdd/pwr leds from where they are over on the right to the centre line of the case. I think this will look a lot better. Just looking at it...

Very true, the slots dont look too bad plus they are needed to exhaust the front 120mm. I have quite a bit of work to do with the front cover. I need to fill the 3.5" bay as this is not needed and makes the front look very uneven. Also to keep symetrical, I am going to remove the...

Painting the fan cables black makes a differnce I think

Not too unhappy witht he fans this way round. At least now I wont be blowing warn air into my case

All fans done. Will look a little better now I think. Although, I still preferred the fans the other way round. I think it looked much better. Will post a pic once the fans are all secured to the rad and grill and case top

Not too keen on the coloured fan cables. Considered braiding them but was too tight to get a descent finish so out with the spray :rolleyes:

Cheers mate. Problem is though, I now need to turn the fans round the other way as in this orientation, they are sucking air from outside, over the rad then into the case. This will mean I will be blowing warm ait into the case and other the motherboard :eek:
