I always go for the best motherboard (or any other component) I can afford at the time. I guess it all comes down to your own specific needs e.g most bang for your buck, latest features, overclocking ability,future proofing etc...

My temperatures differ on a daily level along with the ambient room temperature. I have seen my idle temperatures display a delta of 8-10 degrees depending on the heating/air flow in my room and the weather.

As it has been suggested on here, slowing the H50 pump could aid in reducing the CPU temperature. I have a Zalman Fanmate spare and I was wondering if I plugged the pump to the board via the Fanmate would that do the job? If not could anyone suggest a better method.

That works out to be around £302 for the board.

Just another example of rip off Britain. We pay higher prices for the same goods compared to the US and EU and now it seems we will be the last country in the world to get a supply of these boards.

I would imagine you would just plug them in to the two P8 sockets along with the 24pin ATX connector.
