Yep. I posted about it here. It is absolutely crazy though. All those homes and all that infrastructure and nobody can afford to live in it and the government won't put those that need it into it.

My phone appears to be stuck in a loop. It's the black screen with the apple logo, then the setting language screen pops up and straight back to the black screen with the apple logo. This is the third time it's gone round.

I got an error the first time I tried to download. The download was very slow. I left it for 15 minutes, tried again and the download went super fast and everything worked after that.
