My absolute favourite is any of the Marie Sharp's Habanero sauces. The range in heat but they are all incredibly tasty. Also love Tabasco Scorpion Sauce. Then the Blair's Sudden Death Sauce is also top notch. Maybe I enjoy too many hot sauces actually. I just wish they were cheaper here.

My Corsair H-60 is going strong at almost 5 years now. Just make sure you clean the dust out regularly and you should be fine. Worst case, you can refill most of them.
