Been on the phone to Europcar now for an hour and 20 minutes... they sound absolutely clueless. I had to tell him find a branch able to deliver tonight and to call me back once it has been sorted, and that I also expect compensation for all the hassle. Not holding my breath.

He already accused me of booking an appointment and not turning up, in a very aggressive tone - when I never did anything of the sort.

I've heard of many people buying fully loaded cars... if dealers treat people as a joke who order cars they aren't used to, how is that any use...

I've now been on hold for 25 minutes with Europcar, he's now saying I have to pay a 2nd time for another car which will be delivered on Monday and then have to write in a complaint to claim a refund for this car that didn't turn up! He says there's nothing more he can do... Absolutely Useless..

Another dealer gave me completely incorrect specs of the car and when I challenged him, he hung up on me... reported him to his manager and he was totally uninterested, apparently their staff can do no wrong. He then proceeded to try to sell me the car!

totally agree, it should be made illegal. So should councils not bothering to collect rubbish once a week.

Agreed, but the people don't tend to post negative reviews because they're afraid after the builder knows their address. I know several friends who say the same thing
