yes it will, take a look at my thread here. if you have a heatsink at the rear of the cpu socket, the cooler has one side of pipes longer than the other so you can turn it around if need be. fits perfectly in my m59 even with the side case fan fitted...
well i pulled the noctua out of the case today to have another look at it, i noticed that one side of the cooler the pipes to the cpu plate were shorter than the other side. so i removed the fans, moved the rubber anti vibration mounts to opposite sides in the fins, and after cleaning the cpu...
yep the tmpin2 is a non existent sensor reading and its to be ignored, with no sensor for that it gives wildly fluctuating readings. i was advised to use everest ultimate to check things over and my temps are real low and all is good.

i have spent the morning getting it fitted, i used the noctua thermal compound rather than the arctic silver 5 i just bought. however i did strip my two 9600gts down and used the AS-5 compound on those after cleaning them with the arcti clean liquids.
