Seems pretty good given the small engine and low top speed. Although it is thrashing itself over 50 mph, so sticking to less than that would probably see a better MPG figure. No idea what it actually does, though. I probably won't ever know as I never check on anything!

Some nice bits on there ripe for ripping off if you go that way. Great fun the MX5s. I had seven Mk1's in total, including a turbo one running around 190 bhp.
