£1200 build pc

Hi Guys, I built a pc around 14years ago and i am really badly out of the loop with all the developments! I am looking for a medium/small build pc. I do play the occasional games like assassins creed, Halo and Gears (although not on the old pc haha) my budget is between £1200 and max £1300...
