Can any one tell me why some of my laptop keys are not functioning properly. I have cleaned the keyboard, uninstalled the driver amongst other things but nothing seems to work. I am using windows 10 and everything is up to date?

Do any forum users own one or have experience of using one? I had never heard of Perixx until yesterday while I was looking for a new keyboard.

Does anyone know how to check and adjust the keyboard layout in Windows 10 1903, it looks like the backslash \ key and the back tick ` keys on my Logitech K810 have swapped around.
