115% pork?????

how? yes you probably guess what i am talking about, for the uneducated ones i am on about peperami's how can they have 115% pork in them?

Cos it's dried :)

For example, you take 115g of ground up pork meat and treat it to make a 100g peperami, losing 15g of water in the process.

Work out %age meat = mass of meat / mass of end product * 100 = 115%

I think, just a guess though! :p
