12v Fan To 10v/5v?

Hello chaps.

Based on these specifications at 12 volts:

NZXT 9 Blade Rifle Bearing Fan
Dimensions: 140 x 140 x 25mm
Air Flow: 62.5 CFM
Noise: 26.52 dBA
Speed: 1300 RPM
Current: 24A
Input: 2.88W


What noise levels could one expect when using 10v or 5v to power this fan?
I know it's near impossible for an exact answer but a rough one would be great!

Hmm, I'd expect 23db @ 10v or 14db ish at 5v
