I'm looking forward to tomorrows GP2 race. There are a lot of good young drivers in the grid and hopefully we should see some good racing. I'm interested to see if having ground effect on the cars will allow them to run close together and hopefully generate some overtaking.

Well this is a very important race for pretty much all the teams.

Renault - to prove to the World that they can stay ahead of Ferrari this season.
Ferrari - to prove they can bounce back from a sluggish start.
Williams - to prove they can convert promising drives from their drivers into points.
McLaren - to prove that all that testing and Friday speed can be converted into wins.
Sauber - to prove that keeping JV is a better choice then using the money to win the Championship.
BAR - to prove that the team can still fight for a top spot without Dave Richards
Toyota - to prove that the first three races were no fluke and they are here to battle it out with the big boys
Red Bull - to prove that DC is worth keeping and that switching the other driver won't destabilise the team
Jordan - to prove they are ahead of the Minardis and just like Chelsea have proved, money shall start to push the team forward
Minardi - to prove that even the smallest team in F1 can build a new car...all be it every 3 years

Did I mention some teams had a lot to prove in this race?

I don't reckon Minardi will be that special this race, next time round once they figure out the new car, it's wins all the way... Of course, when I say wins, I mean the odd points position.

Nice lap from Wurz - Karthikeyan out now.
He's really impressed me this year so far.

That Ferrari is very stiff..it was popping a wheel off the ground before he hit the kerbs..

Rear end was skittish as well..but he likes them set up that way.

M.Schumacher	Ferrari 1:20.260
Wurz McLaren-Mercedes	1:20.632
Fisichella	Renault 1:21.708

Yup.

They've added a winglet to the inside of the front nose - improves airflow around the nose and apparently it add a very large amount of downforce with very little drag.
