Recently purchased the 2070 Super with the COD bundle, im wondering if the code that i received for the new COD will still be use able on the 25th December as its a Christmas gift?

I can't speak for Nvidia redemptions but some game stores are more relaxed than others. Ubisoft for example have a two step process - as long as step one is completed within the expiry date and with qualifying hardware, they send you a regular product key which doesn't have an expiry date, doesn't require qualifying hardware and can be used with any account. However, free promo games with Uplay actually have to be registered with an account before the expiry date to make resale more difficult.

The latter probably applies to Call of Duty so you may be out of luck.
