For the price point it looks fine, parts are good quality and will be a good start. I would however recommend you get an SSD for the OS, it will make a huge difference.

well is it good to get a 500mb hard drive and a cheap ssd?? Cause i can only go to 350-ish

could you recommend me a cheap ssd and a cheap 500mb hard drive?

Any recommendations on pieces to build a gaming pc (300-350 euro budget) enough to handle a 1060 6gb. If it could have 8 gb ram and 1T of storage. Thanks

Quite a bit over budget - 404gbp is 450euro

I know. However, pushing for a little more freedom on the spending, is the only way to give him something that will pay back even 5 or more years in the future.
I can easily build a system around a quad core processor but that will not be enough and in a year or two, the guy will be unhappy.
