Does anyone have 3080 FE in Lian Li O11 Dynamic case? what are your GPU temperatures and fan placements?

I followed Gamers Nexus and others fan placement approach for this case so I have CPU AIO (Corsair H100i) on Top fans exhaust.

3 intake fans at side,3 intake fans buttom.

CPU temps are good but 3080 FE quickly reaches 68-74 under load.(within 20 minutes).

Room temperature is 21-22.

I don’t think 3080 should get this warm in this setup? are there any better fan setup for this particular card?

the buttom fans doesn’t seem to have any effect on or off.

Thanks,
The reason I’m concerned is in GN review of this case GPU thermals were much lower 48C with only 3 side fans and in worst scenario 57C with only one top fan,2 button fans.
he wasn’t testing it with 3080.
But many Youtube benchmarks of this GPU also show lower temperatures.

I was hoping for lower temperatures with so many fans.

While he did get 48 degrees, need to bear in mind, was using a GTX 1080 in his review with lots of fans and AIB cooler likely notched up. Your 3080FE can use twice as much power as a GTX 1080, and no doubt your cooler is keeping relatively quiet. While the cooler is better then the one on the MSI in the GN review, simply not going to get around physics with it using that much power. 74 degrees under load is perfectly fine for a 3080FE as you can see from plenty of reviews for the model. if your worried about the temp, can notch up the GPU fan speed.

I have a 3090 FE in my 011 dynamic, 3 side intake, 3 bottom intake, 3 top exhaust through a 360 rad my 3090 peaks at around 61° and stays there.
I've bought a new AIO with 360 rad and 3 exhaust top fans now (Kraken X73) to replace the 2 Fan Corsair I had.will start testing soon to see if temperatures are improved.
technically I should get same 61C pick like yours if not better,as mine is 3080..so will update here soon.

So I replaced my top 280 mm radiator dual fan AIO with Kraken X73 360mm triple fan.

Now I have total of 9 fans in O11 Dynamic.

3 side intake,3 buttom intake (directly blowing to 3080) and 3 top exhaust.

Zero change in GPU temperatures.
Between 70-77 under load.

I think this is normal and as good as it gets in this case.

It’s an FE, I have a Lian-li PCO11 Dynamic with 6 intake 3 exhaust on the top in a push arrangement on my AIO.
I wonder why our temperatures are so different as we both have pretty much identical setup.if anything I have 3 extra buttom intake fans.(although in my test turning them on/off didn’t make any difference)

Not sure, checked last night and I sit at 61 deg under load in RDR2 that’s with a really mild OC on the card too +50/200.

firestrike is around the same temps. Not seen anything above 63/64 absolute max at all.

I've got 3x120 intake on the bottom, h150i on the side with push/pull intake, 2x140 exhaust in top, my 3090FE hits about 63deg max with repeated benching with extended power limit. I set fans to 60% fixed manual which is my upper limit for noise tolerance. Case fans all on a curve based on cpu/gpu temps. I game with a headset and don't notice any fan noise when playing or mic'ing.

What resolution are you playing?
I mainly play Witcher 3 on 1440P display (it’s 240hz actually) everything maxed out and get those higher temps but I noticed when I game in 4k 60fps (same settings) on TV I get much lower temps around 60-62 C

Depends on the airflow you are getting running through your case, to help cool your c ard in the case, you need a flow of cool air coming in, and a way to move the hot air out.
Your gpu temp may be less about what speed your 3080 fans are at, and more what the case fan are running at, with my 3090, I can drop the temps on my gpu by just speeding up the bottom intake and top and rear exhaust fans
