42'' LG LED - £360?

Hi guys

I can get hold of an LG 42LE4500 TV for £360. My budget is £400.

Anyone have any thoughts on this TV? It looks good and is ultra slim but the only thing I'm really concerned about is the panel. Have viewed and ghosting doesn't seem to be a problem when gaming but I haven't tested extensively.

Feedback from anyone with experience with this set would be much appreciated!

i havnt seen this screen, but i have had nothing but great screens from lg! seems like a bargain to me

i own a lg 50" plasma and touch wood its been a fantastic tv

I have the 42" 42PJ350 and it's fab, that one is better

I've got one of these, i'd say they are fab. Got it wallmounted & got mine for £350 + clubcard points from tesco's as they sent me one with a purple strip - and they couldn't swap it.

I'm not impressed by the 4500, I actually thought the LD450 outperformed it for less money, but if the LED features (slim, energy efficient) appeal to you for wallmounting etc, then it's great.

EDIT: I should add that the LD450 in our store is one of the W (IPS) panels, and that not all of them are that nice
