4670k ~9 degrees idle and <0.9v

So I've just setup a 4670k with MSI B85-G43 mobo and I'm having a hard time believing Speedfan and CPU-Z.

At stock speeds, I'm getting around 9-12 degrees idle temps on all cores with a Thor's Hammer air cooler. CPU-Z is reporting only .896 volts. Are these normal temps/volts for this chip? I thought my 2500k was low temp!

Your idle temps can't be below room temp, so unless you're in an igloo it's lying to you.
