50inch 4K TV spec

Hey folks

I've been looking around for a upto 50"h 4K TV for my Nan and got myself going round in circlese when I finally settled on the 49" Q70 I can't seem to find one...

Any recommendations? 55 would be too big for the space. Budget is around £700, but reall looking for best bang for buck. It'll be used for regular viewing and netflix etc. So doesn't need high Hz for gaming etc

Any help/guidance appreciated!

Richer Sounds have the new Sony KD49XH8196 for £600 (voucher for £100 off) and KD49XH8196BU for just over £700 (£72 voucher off) right now.

Could be worth a look, shame you don't have room for a 55" though.
