6800 overclock

some 6800nu cards like mine came with 2.2ns ram which is good for 900mhz operation but the memory is undervolted and will probably never reach 900mhz unless its voltmodded. most manufacturers used 2.8ns ram on the 6800 cards which is good for 714mhz theoretically. the 2.8ns ram cards usually gets the lowest overclock on the memory. if you have a 2.2ns ram 6800 then its quite easy to get 800mhz as a minimum overclock on the ram. and thanks to the 256bit memory interface the difference it makes in bandwidth is massive.

Whats the best way of knowing what RAM is on the cards? Is there some sort of software that can give that sort of info?
