750ti with a 4k Monitor

I literally know nothing about about gfx cards and I'm not a massive PC gamer. Like a lot of people I'm WFH for the next few months and I've just ordered myself a 28inch 4k monitor. My gfx card is a 750ti, will it be able to run a 4k and a second 1080p monitor? Do I need newer card? I have a Ryzen 3600 and 16gb of ram.
