For this I xmp, vcore 1.35-1.375v 44 ratio, vcache 1.25v, dram voltage 1.375v.

In the power settings turbo llc, and extreme performance on the bottom setting.

Try this and report back. New microcode can effect cpu OC and performance..

hey 8pack , thanks for getting in touch,
i managed to find this in my camera roll from when i finished the build

i also entered these as accurately as possible, such as the advanced memory timimgs

i have also entered the rest of what you suggested however some of the items all labeled differint, such as vcache, think its also know as cpu ring voltage

all thought the PC is up and running the cpu freq is throttling between 4.4 and 3.7, i have however noticed a difference from looking at cpuz cpu page, from
the original cpuz screenshot shows the multiplier x44 (12-44)

and currently x44 [12-37]

so im guessing unicore settings i'll need to change in the advanced cpu tab

update, changed the vcore back to 1.325v, system boots and appears to be stable for the most part, just the unicore to sort out, ran aida64 for over a hour with no throttling,
