LOL, 6 reps means you are doing a mass :) Hard to estimate your "source" weight anyways, my-dirty-shot is FlatBench is 120kg, InclineBench 100kg. BarbellROws 140kg.

Total: 360 kg

very subjective considering personal preference, but with 6-8 reps I'm thinking quite heavy 120 for bench same for incline and about 100 on barbell row.

So 340 for me, not that you couldn't lift more on each but that seems a reasonable amount for good work out on each type as I'm guessing you do multiple sets of each. Good luck all! and thanks for the comp 8pack, god could I use this prize 1 year of a squealing psu has me tortured!

Given the size of you I guess your technique is rather good and I am presuming your using a barbell rather than a machine, so Im going with, Flat bench 150kg, incline around incline 120kg, barbell row 118kg :TOTAL 388kg.

On a side note if you lift 388kg x 21 reps = 8145kg a ford focus weighs 1270kg!! They will have you working in the warehouse. I think that's around "11700" R9 290X's
