Added new hardware to my rig and reinstalled win7 64bit. I have all my games on separate hdd and they are not showing in my games. They work but is there any way for my games to show up like in the old install?

Just add the shortcuts manually.

If you are talking about the default Start Menu games folder then you can find it at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games

Just create shortcuts and copy them there.
