Hello,

Basically on my boyfriends PC when every he goes on FB a big "click here to see what you have won" banner appears at the top. Sometimes it will redirect to other spamming sites. He's scanned it to high heaven with SuperAntiSpyware and C Cleaner. But no virus appears.

He thinks it could be to do with downloading FLV direct as it's the only thing he can remember downloading recently.

I was thinking it was maybe something in the processes from what I remember doing in the past to discover any secret demons but I need help really. I couldn't see anything glaringly obvious.

Any recommendations?

Hang On think I have found the cause, a program called Loud Mo Ad Assistant was installed but I have removed it now. Fingers crossed.

He's been looking at really dodgy porn on the quiet. I'd suggest you confront him about it.

(though that Loud Mo Ad Assistant thing may have incidentally been the cause)
