Aego M + Audigy?

Hi, I'm about to order some nice shiny Aego M 2.1s, but I'm not sure if I should upgrade to an audigy card (currently using onboard sound).

I don't really want to spend much on a card as buying the speakers is a treat anyway as I've just been paid, so I was thinking of the:

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Sound Card - OEM (SC-040-CL) £19

or

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 7.1 EAX Sound Card - OEM (SC-037-CL) £35

Questions:

a) Will I notice a decent upgrade from my onboard with either of these cards?

b) is there much difference between the two?

i have the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 7.1 EAX Sound Card - OEM (SC-037-CL) £35 and the Aego M 2.1 and i did have onboard sound . the difference is like day and night .the sound is soooooo much better .go for it mate you will be well pleased with your sound after you upgrade
and there on THIS WEEK ONLY .so get them while there down in price

I would reccomend saving a little more to get the best out of the Aego's

recently picked up a X-Fi for £43 off an auction site. went from a Audigy 2 to it and the differance was incredible. really does make the Aego's shine

Are the Aego's with those tiny driver units really that good? I thought they were bigger...

yes .they are small but they kick a lot of power out

How?

Does the sub compliment the midrange produced by the satellites, without even sounding as though its there? With my current pc speakers, I can hear the bass coming from under the desk, which isn't how it should be really
