Alienware M17 r3 upgrade options

My poor alienware is feeling its age :) I feel like treating myself for xmas!
General Specs are below, but I'm wondering as an upgrade, whats the options to upgrade my M17

I'm going to get an SSD and more RAM as well, thinking £30 for 8GB, 128GBSSD and the rest of the graphics card?

What PSU do you have installed and more specifically, what amps/watts does it output? (should say on the side of the PSU)

What's your budget also?

680m and 780m are the options but they are around £300.

probably going to get the 780m, then 8GB ram and a decent SSD for games.

it'll probably be around £300-£400 all in.

need to figure out if its worth getting something smaller and more powerful. I am travelling a lot more now, so need something more mobile to play on.

maybe a 15", but damn, i want to play on a bigger screen:D
