AM2 prices come 6/6/06

    Anyone care to make a guess at the price of an AM2 3700+ and mobo. come 6/6/6? Will they roughly match skt 939 prices or will we pay a premium for new tech?

    well about a moth ago theinquirer did report that am2 motherboards were only supposed to cost an extra $10 dollars..

    Oh your just whipping out the puns this evening...

    I'd expect it'll cost about £150 - £180 for that CPU. If it goes all a bit silly then it'll probably be about £220!

    But hay, thats what ya get for buying a new technology...
