Wow I wasn't expecting that to happen. I guess it's because of the GTX 1660 Ti due to launch at $279

Yeah AMD playing games, Vega 56 is a more powerful product and now pretty much same price. I'd go as far as saying the RX 590 is probably as fast or very close and is cheaper.

I'm very tempted to go Vega 56 crossfire.

Must offer the absolute best price/performance available in some time.

But how bad is Crossfire really? I'm struggling to find a Vega 56 Crossfire review.

Multi GPU is very hit and miss - a lot of advanced DX11 effects and DX12 pretty much break traditional SLI/CF compatibility and not many developers program specifically for DX12/Vulkan explicit multi-adaptor at this point.
