    i may be purchasing it and was wondering *** i could overclock it max to?

    its just a rebadged FX... see what they are clocking to (around 3ghz on air I reckon).

    urm tbh, £731? for the same performance what a cpu over half that will cost? i have a opty 148 that was overkill as opty 144 owners can achieve the same clocks and some further than me :( but i'm happy with mine it's running ice cold on air 28c idle and 36c load!

    if your going to buy something like that then get an fx60.

    fx 60 is better than an fx57 due to it being dual core and clocks well too.
