AMD RYZEN 5000 SERIES DELIVERY UPDATE THREAD INFO

So we had the 200pc arrive and 20pc from grey suppliers arrive also, so 220pc total so far.
We also have a further 40pc official due later this week and another 35pc grey stock due in the next week or two also.
So once the above arrive also that will be 295pc arrived and shipped leaving us only around 120 back orders left which hopefully AMD will clear before Christmas.
So we had the 200pc arrive and 20pc from grey suppliers arrive also, so 220pc total so far.

An update so far:
5950X - 253 units shipped and a further 60ish should be shipping this week, leaving less than 100 backorders, a further 400 are due by end of December.
5900X - 399 units shipped, the 300 overdue are still overdue and could arrive any time, distributor cannot give a date as it keeps sipping and an additional 800 by end of Decembers, so all backorders will be cleared by end of December.
5800X - 186 units shipped so far, 2100 units are due by end of December and will clear all backorders.
5600X - 145 units shipped so far, 2000 units are due by end of December and will clear all backorders.
We will start taking fresh orders on Ryzen 5000 series at end of month or early January.

Also this moring I have sourced some grey stock at huge expense but they should land before Christmas and though we lose as much as £100 per CPU on some of these lines Overclockers UK wants to do everything it can to ensure people can get some CPUs before Christmas as such we have the following due to land around 14th December from grey supplier, I shall also include our cost on these items so you can see how much money we lose compared to what you the customer paid:
5950X - 30pc due and our cost £657.44 excluding VAT (£788.93 with VAT)
5900X - 50pc due and our cost £575.17 excluding VAT (£690.20 with VAT)
5800X - 15pc due and our cost £403.14 excluding VAT (£483.77 with VAT)
5600X - 14pc due and our cost £298.43 excluding VAT (£358.12 with VAT)
So when you see companies with stock selling way way beyond MSRP it is not always because they are scalping, it is simply because they had to pay a lot more.
We are expecting 2021 to be an insane year with consistent hardware shortages, as to why components are so short, particular GPU's is unknown but with Bitcoin approaching record highs, new consoles, new mobile phones ,there is a lot of rumours as to why there are severe shortages.

Update on big shipment mentioned previously:
- 5950X around 100pc are due next week from the big shipment ahead of schedule, this will clear of all the backorders, so those who ordered 5950X will all get one before Christmas.
- 5900X the 300 units have arrived in our warehouse and will be booked in most likely end of this week / next week.
- 5800X 240 units are arriving ahead of schedule and should arrive this week and be booked in next week.
- 5600X a couple hundred units arrived on 4th December ahead of schedule and these have been shipped.
We expect more 5900, 5800 and 5600 to arrive ahead of schedule which we are hoping will mean our entire backlog of Ryzen 5000 shall be cleared before Christmas.

The 300 units of 5900X that were massively overdue and we have being waiting for since launch finally arrived this week and were booked in today, all being well the warehouse will start shipping those 300pc 5900X orders tomorrow and over the weekend.

50 units of the GREY 5900X stock has arrived which will be shipping today/tomorrow.
Warehouse also believes the 5800X and 5600X large deliveries have come in and are attempting to locate / or chase the courier as they were despatched from supplier on Monday.

Another 60+ 5900X arrived today, on top of the 50 units of grey that arrived yesterday, so more shall be shipping today.
We also just had confirmation of 600 incoming around Christmas, so they probably won't arrive with customers until after Christmas but that shall be 5900X backlog cleared.
Also 60pc 5800X just got booked in too whichb nearly clears the whole backlog!
And 300pc 5600X just got booked in which shall be shipping today leaving around 200ish on backlog.
This means that as promised all backlog should be cleared by end of this month as posted a couple of weeks ago.
Come new year we shall allow re-ordering as we should have thousands in stock on each line.
