@ Gibbo any chance you can refund me the difference between what I paid last week (£589.99) to the lower price you have 1920X right now (£569.99). I did spend £1133 with you last week (23th) on my 1920X system but have been told (after creating a query in the customer service part of the forums) the only way you can refund me the £20 difference is if I return the 1920X!! This sounds crazy as it will cost you more than the £20 if I do this! I am happy to take a £20 store credit with you instead of a £20 refund to my credit card.

That is because they think you got it out of rebate period but you actually got the rebated CPU, so yes the £20 refund is fine, we will do that. Just reply back to the CS guy linking to my reply here. :)
