You are not wrong, I was at the Spanish GP a few years ago and some over excited fans climbed the fence onto the track then into the hospitality area at the end of the gp.

We watched a Benny Hill like chase for a few minutes until the police called for back up. When they had them cornered they absolutely beat the living **** out the nobblers that climbed the fence.

It was a real eye opener that they wouldn't tolerate any kind of ****.
