But i've given you 4 answers to your question?
How many do you want?
You answered literally one aspect of the myriad of issues with your supposed plan of living in a van and working multiple jobs....
Ah, this was your first mistake. From this 7 year old thread:
I managed to get on the property ladder with a 3k deposit. It really isnt had to save up 3k. Sort yourselves out.
120k house bought between me and my brother. With help to buy.
Aside from gold and houses pretty much everything gets cheaper over time.
You ever sold a car, computer or TV for more than you paid new?
Where can you find a 97.5% ltv mortgage these days?
I paid 3k. My brother paid 3k. It was a 5% deposit.
So you didn't get on the ladder with a £3k deposit.
So you actually needed a 6k deposit for a very cheap property.
Are you saying everyone can buy a new build house for 120K with a 3K deposit in their areas then?
No. You might have to move area
Area doesnt matter. Your not getting a £120k mortgage with a £3k deposit.
I'd like to see where offered 120K new builds at the moment.
Ours was £101995 4 years ago, now all the entry level new builds are 130K, hell the newest estate only has the 2 beds as shared ownership too.
I did not that long ago. How much have you got saved up so far?
But the house required a 6K deposit?
No you didn't, you and your brother got I've for £6k.
Yes but I didnt buy alone. Maybe you should consider living with your brother also.
You've obviously never met my brother...
And 6K in the current climate on an old build house isn't enough deposit for a 50K house
There is a global pandemic to be fair.
