So i've figured out how to make skins and get them in the game.

Now I need to upload them to LFS World.

Problem is, getting the file size to 400kb and below.

When I decrease the file size/quality the image is really bad.

How am I supposed to do this without making the skin look crappy?

 

Oops never mind, i've figured it out. Although I wouldnt mind hearing your techniques anyway.
