I am currently using an Eheim 1048 water pump and a DD TBX waterblock on my Opty(running at 2.7Ghz).
Ive noticed that the opty generally runs a little hotter than my A64 3200.
What I would like is peoples opinions as to wether I would see any benefit from upgrading to a Storm block and modified Swiftech MCP 350 pump.
Temps are running at 27/8c idle and 41/42c load. The A64 never went over 38c.
One benefit of using the swiftech pump would be I could get rid of my criticool relay card. That way I wouldnt have to worry about the pump not coming on if the card fails or the power cable comes out.
