Any iPhone app?

I now work on shift patterns so, is there an app or anyway i can enter which days I am on which shift into the app and it will automatically set my alarm to 1 hour prior to the start time? Anyone know of an app like this that exists?

Can't you just put it in your calendar and set a reminder the hour before?
